When you use Padar, we collect information necessary to provide and improve our services. This includes: Account information — your name, email address, and password when you create an account. Project data — code, files, database schemas, and deployment configurations you create within Padar. This data belongs to you and is stored securely. Usage data — how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, and session duration. We use this to improve the product. Payment information — billing details processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers. Communications — messages exchanged with our support team or engineers when you request assistance.

We use your information to: •Provide, maintain, and improve Padar’s AI builder and developer support services •Connect you with the right specialist when you request help •Process payments and manage your subscription •Send transactional emails (account confirmations, security alerts, service updates) •Analyze usage patterns to improve our product •Comply with legal obligations We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your project code or data to train AI models.

All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Projects are isolated per account and accessible only to authorized users. When you request developer assistance, our engineers access only the specific project context needed to help you. Access is logged, time-limited, and revoked automatically when the request is resolved. We host our infrastructure on Supabase within the European Union, ensuring compliance with EU data protection standards.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Project data is retained until you delete it or close your account. Upon account deletion, all project data is permanently removed within 30 days. Backups containing your data are purged within 90 days. Usage analytics are anonymized after 12 months and cannot be linked back to your account.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We use analytics cookies (PostHog) to understand how people use Padar. You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Essential cookies cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
